So you want to sign up for BreakOut?!? We’re so excited to have you join us on this adventure. Your kids will learn so much and they will have a BLAST playing and learning with friends!
Kids can be between 3rd & 6th grades. Parents must:
1) Read the BreakOut Contract and Register your child(ren)
Either download and turn in paper registration to Ali Insinna, or click the link to register online!
2) Make your payment – ($40 per child)
